This evolved from an attempt to paint a farm as viewed from overhead in a colorful style which might remind you of Dr. Suess. Eventually the idea of building a 3D, wooden city-scape to surround the farmland turned this into a little bit of a political statement about encroaching urbanization. I suppose.
